We also acknowledge that while we’re intimately familiar with project design and construction, this likely is new territory for you. An important part of our job is preparing you for what to expect, to minimize or avoid unwelcome surprises.

Although we have built or modernized homes in a wide range of sizes and architectural styles, we are known for crafting contemporary estate homes that have become community landmarks. Paul J. Bianchi III | CEO

Paul Bianchi, a third-generation contractor. He started his career in the construction industry with his grandfather’s company before working for his father’s business. After gaining experience in construction trades and business, Paul established his own business and guided the growth of two large companies specializing in multiple construction. He has been developing properties and building luxury homes for twenty five years. Paul prides himself on forging enduring relationships with clients and partners through thoughtful design, passion for craftsmanship, open communication, within budget, on time and a commitment to excellence.

Bill Tillett | Field Manager

Bill Tillett began his career working for large commercial contracting companies and quickly moved up through the ranks, becoming a superintendent overseeing multimillion-dollar projects. In 1981 he followed his passion into new custom home construction, and throughout the past four decades developed a well-deserved reputation for expertly guiding projects from concept to move-in-ready.

Michael Moreland | VP of Construction

Mike specializes in advocating as an owner’s representative and construction management professional. With 18 years’ experience he has a talent for identifying and capitalizing on cost elimination opportunities. His experience spans from luxury residential, subdivisions, commercial office spaces, healthcare clinics, and religious institutions. Mike has successfully directed two $35M+ projects to completion, orchestrated construction of four buildings totaling 236k SF, built the 2016 winner of the Best Government/Public Building award from ERN Northwest, saved roughly $1.25M+ in project costs. With a keen eye for detail and design processes, he is involved in our projects every step of the way.

David Garland | Director of Development and Acquisitions

David Garland offers over 35 years’ experience in construction management and major construction operations, with an extensive background in project development, land development and luxury construction. Dave holds three national builder of the year awards, best kitchen and bathroom in an over million home with Taylor Morrison. He is a certified LEED builder, licensed realtor, licensed general contractor. Dave is an active member of the National Association of Home Builders as well as the North State Building Industry Association of California. In his off time, Dave is an avid aviation fan, is a docent at the California auto museum and at the Pence Gallery.

Amy Honeycutt | Designer

As a residential designer with a background in visual merchandising, Amy has over 18 years of design experience working with general contractors, design/build firms and production home builders. She is extremely well-versed in space planning, finish selection, procurement and installation and has the unique experience and skill set that allows her to see a project through from initial design to final styling. Amy has a master’s degree in interior design and architectural history and is a licensed realtor. Her work has been featured in Lavish Living Magazine, Sacramento Magazine, Sacramento Home Magazine, Style Magazine, and on Studio40 Live and Good Day Sacramento.

Jenell Hodgson | Officer Manager / Assistant Project Manager

Jenell has had a lifelong passion for construction and has remained dedicated to the industry even while raising her three children. She began her career in project administration, supporting government-funded projects in a remote capacity. She then advanced to a project coordinator role, working on-site during the construction of a memory care facility in El Dorado Hills, where she was promoted to Assistant Project Manager by the project’s completion. Jenell later transitioned into the multi-family commercial sector, serving as a Project Manager for a finishes company. She holds a degree in Construction Management and brings a well-rounded understanding of the industry. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and cross-disciplinary knowledge, Jenell is a reliable and driven professional in every phase of a project.
